Why choose me

My background is in Intergrative Psychosynthesis which means that I am trained in a number of disciplines that allow me to tailor the therapy to your needs in a down to earth, practical way while at the same time acknowledging a spiritual perspective. I use the word spiritual not in a religious way but acknowledging something 'more than' that may be encouraging us to find meaning and understanding in our life.

I have a wide variety of life experiences as well as undergoing a rigorous training in London over 5 years which involved my own personal therapy. My own personal therapeutic journey is ongoing and allows me to process my own material in a safe environment and not through my clients. I also receive regular supervision of my client work to ensure that I am maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

To ensure that I am aware of new developments within my profession and to assist in my ongoing professional development I regularly attend workshops and training courses.

I am able to offer workshops to small groups on a variety of subjects.
