I am an experienced, qualified counsellor trained to work with Individuals and Couples on a variety of issues that includes; bereavement, anxieties, finance, divorce or relationship problems.

Why would you consider therapy? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed by life or you are struggling with a relationship or perhaps suffering a loss or bereavement. Maybe you have reached a significant time in your life and are wondering “how did it turn out like this?” These and many other questions or problems like them can lead a person to consider therapy.

A common misperception is that it is a weakness to consider or enter therapy, I would offer that it takes a lot of courage to recognise and acknowledge when something isn’t working and to ask for help and support.

It is important to realise that I will not tell you what to do but I will help and encourage you to find your own answers.
